How To Make Simple Five Spice Chantenay:
Serves: 4
Preparation time: 5 minutes
Cooking time: 30 minutes
You’ll Need:
- 500g Chantenay carrots
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp Chinese five spice
What To Do:
- Wash some Chantenay and halve if large. Toss in olive oil and a generous sprinkling of Chinese Five Spice powder.
- Roast in a hot oven for 20-30 minutes until the Chantenay are tender.
- Season with salt and pepper and garnish with chopped coriander to serve.
