Firstly, Wear Lots Of Layers.

By wearing lots of layers you can keep warm and if you get too warm you can take items off, one by one.

Think about multiple layers of clothing, including a base layer, mid-layer, and outer layer.

By trapping air between the layers, will serve to insulate you and keep you warm. Tank tops are good for layering like this one here A Ladies Tank Top For All Seasons.

We had been spoilt a few weeks ago with nice weather and then it all changed again. It's not so much the weather but the wind.

It is such a cold chill. Roll on proper spring, I say. A Ladies Tank Top For All Seasons.

Secondly, Think Accessories Hats, Gloves, Scarfs & Socks.

The areas of your body that lose the most heat are your head, hands, and feet, so you must protect them.
