When Life Throws You Lemons, Wear Them!!

Wear them when life hands you lemons! I'm posting a few pictures from our stroll around Nottinghamshire's Newstead Abbey today. 

Love visiting here. It is so beautiful. Especially, on a sunny day. There are two benefits on this particular day: the sun was shining and the area was lovely. 

When possible, we enjoy traveling. But work does get in the way. My day off is when my husband works. My husband's day off is when I work!!

This place is really lovely. Known as the ancestral residence of Lord Byron. A Stroll Through Newstead Abbey really does blow the cobwebs away.

The sun painted the sky a delicate cotton blue on a fanciful sunny afternoon at Newstead Abbey, creating a warm light over the beautiful grounds. 

A person appeared amid the riot of colour that was the blossoming old trees, dancing along the walkways in a pretty lemon print outfit, with its whimsical design evoking a bright 1950s pattern, and appeared to flow with the gentle breeze.

I love these photos, especially the one of me and my mini-me. It was lovely on Sunday at the farm and not too many people around which was a bonus for us as we were avoiding crowds of people as much as possible.
